In today’s world it is very common to take a computer with you just about everywhere. Fujitsu PC offers a wide range of mobile products and services that are designed to help customers maximize the value of their IT infrastructures. Their portfolio includes smaller laptops designed for travel, larger and more powerful laptops designed to replace any desktop computer, and a highly rated Tablet PC which is the ultimate in mobile computing.

Their standard laptops (Lifebooks) are configurable however desired. Some of those choices include the Intel® Pentium Ultra Low Voltage 733 processor (which delivers extended battery life), DVD writer, integrated a/b/g wireless, and Intel Centrino Mobile Technology. These are very impressive and dependable units. We have found many successful resellers who have integrated this product line into AIDC and broadband applications. For Data Collection and warehousing applications, we have added these products to the end user’s sales force and/or warehouse personnel. We also help broadband resellers work with their Internet service providers to provide computers to customers and homeowners.

Pen Tablets have been extremely popular as well. There is an open face version and the convertible unit for those who like the functionality of a tablet but the design of a conventional laptop. Tablet PC’s are configurable like a standard Lifebook. Many doctor’s offices and hospitals use Tablet’s in lieu of conventional PCs for patient records. The Tablet is ideal for industries such as insurance, telecommunications, public safety and commercial field service. Also, this unit is extremely popular with resellers that sell to tower climbers and Internet Service Providers. It is much more sensible to use in those applications than a regular computer. Itronix does over three levels of service as well through WAV that can include hot spares, 24 hour turn around, and the coverage of damage.
