Have

III. The Go Book III
has a drop
specification of 26 consecutive drops from 3ft., can

802.11 or CDMA (Spring, Nextel, etc) technology, and
with an IP54 rating, it can withstand dust/moisture
exposure. The Go Book III can also be ordered with
Windows XP PRO and has enough HD space and RAM to
support several applications.
Pen
Tablets: The Itronix GoBook Tablet PC shares
the same specifications of the GoBook line in many
regards, including the wireless feature.
Handheld
Devices: The Itronix Q-200 is a great handheld
unit that has been implemented in several shop
floor/warehouses, replacing less rugged data
collection devices. Some features include an IP-67
rating, drop specification of 2 meters to concrete,
52-key backlight display, simultaneous support of 3
integrated wireless radios, Windows CE, integrated 1D
scanner and touch screen.
Itronix
products cater to a seemingly infinite amount of
applications. WAV has helped implement the Go Book and
the GoBook Tablet PC into several WISPs (Wireless
Internet Service Providers) to replace traditional
PDAs or notebooks. Of course, these units will not
survive a fall from a tower that’s hundreds of feet
in the air, but the rugged factor is helpful as it can
be hooked to a utility belt and won’t be affected by
bumps and jolts while scaling a tower. Combine the
ruggedness with the CDMA wireless capability, and this
product becomes a great fit.

have also had great success in implementing Itronix
pen tablets and notebooks into warehouse/shop floor
applications. These products are ideal for such
applications as standard devices are not intended to
be mounted on a forktruck, hand-cart, or for general
shop floor use.
