    Inside Sales Representative

     

    As WAV's Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing reseller accounts/leads within a specific territory. WAV's Inside Sales Representative will report to sales leadership, and success will be measured by account growth and development, territory sales, and quota retirement. WAV's Inside Sales Representative will work closely with WAV's Business Development team to mature a territory and ensure success across many of WAV's product lines and customers. Travel for WAV's Inside Sales Representative will be light to moderate.

     

    Key activities that WAV's Inside Sales Representative will be engaged in:

     

    • Create quotes and process sales orders for customers via CRM system.

    • Understand customer specific buying needs/special price offers to ensure accurate quotes, shipping costs, etc.

    • Enter new client/lead information into CRM system - according to entry format and without error.

    • Maintain current on internal systems and processes in order to increase level of customer service to clients.

    • Contact leads and prospects via phone and/or email to initiate new business including outbound calling to potential and established customers on a daily basis

    • Become technically proficient at a sales level in all product lines offered by WAV, Inc. to enable the ability to provide the customer with the appropriate value proposition/solution fit

    • Maintain current on technical knowledge of all product lines offered by WAV, Inc., attend in-house and supplier trainings.

    Business Development Executive

     

    As WAV's Business Development Executive, you will develop and direct all sales activity in your territory inclusive of growing sales and profitability of WAV, Inc. by prioritizing and capturing significant new customers and growing revenues with existing customers. Backup the Regional Strategic Account Manager team and Sales Leadership.

     

    Key activities that WAV's Business Development Executive will be engaged in:

     

    • Being responsible for aggressive growth of new markets in a specific territory with unlimited commission potential.

    • In person customer visits.

    • Enter new client/lead information into CRM system - according to entry format and without error.

    • Establishing a rapport with vendor regional sales managers to develop territory sales.

    • Aligning net new partners in various vertical market/technology segments with WAV

    • Forecasting to WAV's Sales Leadership

    • Weekly sales meetings to identify opportunities and high growth sales accounts.

    • Travel throughout the designated territory.
