With multiple encryption algorithms, the PTP 670 series offers best-in-class security. The TLS RSA option provides secure authentication and authorization for remote users in a unit with or without an AES license. It can be based on factory-installed device certificates or user-supplied device certificates for additional security. The TLS PSK options provide security based on a 128-bit or 256-bit pre-shared key. In addition, optional rekeying features are available for all three options. Automatic rekeying can significantly reduce maintenance and increase security in an industry where frequent key changes are mandated.
