Position Overview
The executive administrator is responsible for assisting the senior management staff in planning strategies and analyzing business decisions to achieve the company's goals and objectives. Essential Job Functions
• Act as Administrative Assistant to executives
• Manage daily schedules, including calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, and travel planning for executives
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of executives
• Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
• Assist with special projects, presentations, and reports as needed by the executive team
• Create and submit expense reports, reimbursements and budget tracking for executives

Product Manager (IL) | Hybrid - Local Candidates Only
Position Overview
As a member of the Operations team, the Product Manager (PM) serves as a liaison between WAV and its vendors, ensuring the success of the product lines in all facets of the relationships. The PM will be responsible for guiding the daily interactions, taking WAV’s Executive strategic vision and developing the strategic roadmap, and clearly communicating their results in executing the strategy. The PM confidently collaborates with internal and external business stakeholders and vendors to define an action plan, and capture requirements. The ideal candidate displays a high degree of ownership, is agile, strives for continuous improvement, and judges his or her success by the success of the team and the satisfaction of WAV’s customers, and achieving the Company’s goals.
Essential Job Functions
• Establish rapport (with frequent communication) with key vendors
• Work internally with purchasing to align forecasts with quarterly product purchases and rotations/returns
• Communicate sales numbers and forecasts to key departments within the vendor
• Assist in managing the new vendor onboarding process
• Assist in coordinating new vendor training and determine new product training cadence
• Ensure WAV’s sales and technical staff maintain required training, certifications, etc.
• Work closely with WAV’s Marketing team to maximize MDF opportunities, promos for inventory and additional marketing activities
• Attend vendor partner events
• Assist sales staff by providing feedback on products, ancillary products, pricing, establishing BOM’s, aligning vendor engineering/sales talent with WAV sales staff
• Participate in establishing SOPs (standard operating procedure) related to area of responsibility
• Communicate lead disposition and reporting to vendors
• Manage product life cycles and transitions to new products based on supported product lines

Warehouse Manager (TX) | On-Site - Local Candidates Only
Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all warehouse activities including receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products in a manner consistent with Company service and cost objectives.
Essential Job Functions
- Shipping/Receiving
- Manage, coordinate, and assist with the unloading of inbound shipments, placement in preferred bins, orderly stacking of product, to ensure visibility of product labels and identification of product for picking and inventory management.
- Oversee and participate in the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity. Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork on purchase orders and customer orders, ensuring that all product is properly identified and counted.
- Prepare and process returns to vendors and receive against purchase orders upon receipt of replacement product.
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers, facilities, and the communication between transport services to ensure efficient deliveries.
- Delegate logistics research to Logistics Specialist
- Inventory
- Operate/facilitate quarterly physical inventory. Assure the integrity of the inventory. Notify, prepare, and train staff to ensure quality of count.
- Maintain product locator system. Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation. Rotate product as appropriate and assist with stock rotations.
- Manage inventory controls, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Maintain and/or develop action plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Labor Management
- Direct the operations of the warehouse staff to achieve prescribed objectives and goals. Manage the performance evaluation system for all warehouse employees, including recommending wage increases, discipline, and terminations. Ensure all documentation is updated in a timely manner.
- Interact with Operations, Purchasing, Inside and Outside Sales, Human Resources, Accounting, Customers, and employees. Act as a liaison between employees and top management.
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve daily operational issues

- Quality
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Review feedback, monitor work processes, and ensure quality of services provided and customer service standards are met
- Scheduling
- Establish work schedules to maintain sufficient staffing within the department. Ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that the jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
- Safety, Sanitation, Security
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard practices and procedures. Conduct and complying operations in accordance with OSHA, and MSDS Standards.
- Act as local trainer for new employees and recertification of employees for material handling equipment operations safety
- Equipment
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, radio frequency equipment, and computers.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
