A failed car battery, harness coupling, jump-starting, or even switching on the AC unit can provoke unexpected voltage spikes at any moment, potentially damaging sensitive electronics. The transient voltage suppressor (TVS) semiconductor offers another defense against rapid voltage fluctuations. This multi-tiered approach safeguards your devices from high-voltage surges. We have also integrated active polarity protection to shield against reverse voltage connections, which is a common oversight. Moreover, a low-pass filter is incorporated to eliminate unwanted transients, while a standard fuse provides supplementary protection.

Jumper configurations make it easy to adjust the output voltage, and a pass-through mode is included for scenarios where input voltage regulation is unnecessary. Ultimately, proactive measures are always more cost-effective than remedial repairs.
